Each page covers one feature that works on production today: the steps, what you get, and what each error means.

  1. Sign up and run your first test. Create a free account, confirm your email, and run one scored test call against our sandbox agent.
  2. Read a scorecard. Every completed run has a scorecard: an overall score, pass or fail, four scored layers with the judge's reasons, call metrics, and the full transcript.
  3. Run a suite from CI. Create an API key, run a saved suite from your build with one request, and fail the build when a run does not pass.
  4. Score a captured transcript. Send the transcript of a call your voice agent already had, with what the call was meant to achieve, and get a scored run back. No call is placed.
  5. Schedule a suite. Put a saved suite that targets the sandbox agent on a weekly schedule, and it runs each week without you.
