For contact-center and IVR teams

Score the conversations your agents handle, with a verdict you can reproduce.

Your QA team already samples calls and argues about scores. Word Is Bond is a judge for those conversations: it reads a call, scores it on four layers, and writes down why. This page says what a contact-center team can use today and what is not ready yet.

What you can use today

  • Score transcripts from your own calls. Send a call transcript and what the call was meant to accomplish; the judge returns a completed run with pass or fail, a score, and a written reason for each layer. No phone line has to be connected.
  • Four layers, scored separately. Infrastructure, execution, reaction and outcome are scored apart. In the home-page demo, a warm, fluent call that gets the booking wrong fails, and the scorecard shows which layers failed and why.
  • Check the judge before you trust it. The home page shows the production judge's verdict on real test transcripts, stamped with the time it was judged, with no account needed.
  • Share a report. Every run has a report link on our own domain that you can send to a supervisor or a client; the link expires after 30 days.
  • Gate a change. An API key runs the sandbox scenario from a build pipeline, and the exit status fails the build when the run does not pass.

Not ready yet

Checked 2026-10-10. These are the parts of contact-center assurance that are not proven on production yet, so they are not for sale yet:

  • Calling your IVR or your agents over the phone network or SIP. Phone-network calls exist on paid plans, but no paying account has run one, and SIP test calls to a customer system are not offered yet.
  • Walking a touch-tone (DTMF) menu, and load testing many calls at once. Neither is offered yet.
  • Scoring your production calls continuously (production monitoring). It is a paid feature that no account has run yet.

Your call data

Audio is not retained by wordis-bond; optional recording goes to your own storage. The security page lists every provider that can see call data, and Word Is Bond is not currently SOC 2 certified.

Why this exists

I spent twenty-five years in enterprise contact centers. The hardest question there was never whether a call flow was up; it was whether it still did the job it was built for. I built Word Is Bond to answer that with a scorecard instead of an argument, and I would rather show you a verdict on your own transcripts than promise you one.
